- 'Sadly I was one of the parents who didn't go on the tour but I did have the
pleasure of sitting next to you at the Newland House lunch last summer. I just
wanted to say thank you for organising such a wonderful trip for the boys. Edward
had a truly amazing time and has had so much to tell us. He is delighted with
his photos which I am glad to say have come out well - they will be a reminder
of a happy holiday for many years to come.' Anne, Newland House School parent,
England
- 'Above all we need to thank David Waters of Sporting Safaris. This gentleman
organised all of the fixtures and accommodation in Kenya and in addition (and
gratis) made available his coaches free of charge to take non players out and
around Nairobi on a daily basis, and out in the evenings for dinner - something
which he was under no obligation to do - and which was of genuine assistance to
all of the tour party. He otherwise dealt with all of our demands and requests,
however trivial, with relaxed calm, perhaps typified by the final dinner, when
despite being ill, he drove halfway across town to purchase and deliver a big
birthday cake for Bronwyn Brook's birthday which we were celebrating that evening.
I have never known a host and travel agent to be quite so solicitous for the welfare
of a touring group, particularly ours. Without his help, the tour probably would
not have happened.' Adrian Hawkes, New South Wales Cricket Club, Australia.
- 'David, Thanks so much for all your hard work in what was a superb tour.'
[1995]

for the tremendous tour you organised and for all you did for us while we were
over there. We had a great time and hope to return to Kenya one day.' Craig,
Jeppe Boys High School, South Africa.
- 'I cannot thank you enough for all your efforts while we were in Kenya. Without
exception everyone said it was an exceptional holiday and the only problem that
Rick, Abeed and I now face is how on earth do we follow it?' Rick, Old Cranleighan's
C.C. England.
- 'We all arrived home safely without any after effects except a lingering euphoria
as a result of a most splendid time in Kenya. We really must thank you David,
for organising such an enjoyable trip that turned out to be 'glitch free' . Your
attentivness to detail and the fact you accompanied us for most of the time, ensured
that everyone could relax and enjoy themselves fully.' Ray and Angela, Old
Paulines C.C. England.
- 'Just a quick line on a wet and miserable day in south west London to thank
you for all you did to make the tour such a success. It is hard to believe that
we have been back for almost two weeks-all the memories seem so very fresh. The
children are still talking about it and so are the parents, it was undoubtedly
a huge success. I am trying to sort out something for the girls for next year
and then I think we should look to repeat what we have just done with a fresh
group in 2004.How does that sound to you? Keep in touch. Thanks once again for
everything.' Mr Dougie Arnold, Deputy Headmaster, Newland House School, Twickenham,
England.
